The role you’ll play
At UserTribe the Business Development Representative (BDR) will create interest in UserTribe and guide prospects to demo. Specifically, you’ll blend web prospecting with email and phone. You handle lead qualification and help convert leads to clients.
The BDR role is an entry level commercial position, yet it’s the most critical role to UserTribe’s success and we take hiring and training in this role very serious. As a fast growing technology company there’s amble opportunity to grow and advance to quota bearing sales roles and you’ll be surrounded by tenured sales professionals supporting your growth.
The Team you’re on
The sales team is a team of builders. We are launching new products in new markets while working with the largest Danish companies and a chosen partner for digital first movers. As such we’re in growth mode; always adding elements to the playbook and refining value proposition tailored to our ideal partners.
We’re a flat organization with a strong culture of learning on and from the front lines of sales.
Your main tasks
- Prospect for new clients through both phone calls, emails and Social Media at high-volume with an eye toward exceeding expectations
- Look for new potential client accounts and making the first contact with those accounts to create interest
- Qualify leads generated by marketing which includes content and demo requests
- Schedule demos of UserTribe’s Insights platform for qualified prospects
- Maintain a feedback loop to your sales colleagues and marketing
