With direct reference to the company’s CEO and as a member of the Leadership Team, the CMO collaborates to set the overall vision and strategy for Nøie to enhance and balance growth, brand and product. The recruitment is an extension to the team as part of an ambitious growth strategy.

As CMO you will overtake a well-driven growth machine built on experiments and feature testing and a passionate team motivated to help customers achieve a better quality of life. Together with your direct reports you will run brand, growth and product development and build coherent strategies.

An experienced marketing leader with a proven track record from early-stage to at least €20+ million in revenue

We are looking for a person with experience in managing a growth machine setup, who is used to an agile development framework and is comfortable in formulating international growth strategies and budgets and knows how to present it to new potential investors (leading VC’s).

Further, we are looking for a great leader (people and business) with an analytical mindset and the ability to understand and balance branding and growth who possesses high-level communication skills (internal and external).

This person’s three key charters will be: 

  • Operationalising and rapidly scaling Nøie’s B2C marketing funnel
  • Building the Nøie brand on a global scale in a complex marketplace 
  • Using our digital product to support the entire customer journey from analysing their skin type to delivering their customised skincare


As CMO for Nøie you will be an incremental part of our journey, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Leadership experience
  • Proven track record from scaling early stage to at least €20+ million in revenue
  • Preferably direct-to-consumer or eCommerce experience
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • You are comfortable formulating international growth strategies and managing budgets
  • You have experience managing a growth machine setup
  • You are used to the agile development framework
  • You are used to presenting plans to new investors and board members
