Concept Lead with a creative, and community-building mindset – for a consumer-based app

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Concept Lead who shares our passion in creating impact to cut down CO2. Having just launched our CO2HERO app in the market, you will be joining at the perfect time to participate in the creative development of a community we are building across key markets in Europe, starting with Denmark.

Be part of a team that has several nationalities, whilst working from our office in Copenhagen. Our day-to-day language is English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the creative vision for our CO2HERO app
• Stay on top of UX trends around community building, looking for creative ideas and inspiration for our app
• Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience on our app (for users, and partners)
• Participate in planning discussions around our brand strategy, ensuring app development is aligned
• Lead Product Design Sprints for our app by maturing ideas through prototyping, and validating assumptions with real users, and partners
• Participate in the app development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance
• Gamify the app concept, based on best practices
• Act as a team lead for our Concept Designer and UI Designer
• Contribute towards the development of a product roadmap, alongside team members in other areas

Tasks

• Bring ideas for concept development (based on own experience, and validation with users and partners) to the table for our app, with stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, technology)
• Be customer-centric in all that you do, and strive to ensure concepts drive seamless user experience, whilst emotionally connecting users to the app
• Develop and implement new concepts for our app
• Create user personas for idea generation, and validation
• Collaborate with marketing, and sales on ideas
• Collaborate, and work closely with our User Interface, and Concept Designer on new ideas, features and the overall user experience
• Implement wireframes and prototypes of ideas through Product Design Sprints in collaboration with the team
• Create user stories, tasks and documentation for features
• Define the user experience through User Journey Mapping
• Perform usability testing with users
• Implement gamification into relevant parts of the concept as a mechanism for retention
