The past 9 years we have worked with clients in Europe, US and APAC, and hired talent pivotal to their success within Engineering, Product, Marketing and Sales.

We work with startups, scaleups, tranformational teams / corporate startups, VC’s and Incubators across the globe.

The role

Your role is to act as an enabler for startups, scaleups & transformational teams, by hiring exceptional talent crucial to their success.

Working closely with key stakeholders you often help clients either preparing for a funding round or massively scaling after a funding round. You’ll play a key part in enabling our clients to scale their team and reaching their objectives.


  • Reaching out to potential clients and engaging with them to help them grow their team

  • Using Advenio’s unique framework to assess, understand and describe the client and the role

  • Using our massive network to reach out to exceptional talent and pitch opportunities with them, which are aligned with their career trajectory

  • Interview and assess talent

  • Manage the recruitment process

  • Enabling our clients to succeed by hiring the right talent

About you

We’ll need a couple of things from you:

  • You have prior 360 recruitment experience, preferably from an agency

  • You have shown yourself as a successful Senior (we do mean Senior) Recruiter, and reached your acquisition and delivery targets 

  • You’re tech savvy and know your tools – ATS (Invenias), Hubspot, LinkedIn etc.

  • You have startup experience or a strong desire to work with startups, scaleups and transformational teams

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum

  • Native / strong proficiency Danish speaker, Dutch or native English speaker
